Campaigns

Campaigning outside Church HouseSince its beginning YLGC has been involved in campaigning on a variety of issues, from the rights of gay clergy, to social justice, to gay partnership rights. We see the Christian gospel as one of action and justice, into which all people are called as equal partners.

Recent campaigns have included: writing to bishops in support of Jeffrey John; protests outside Church House and Lambeth Palace as Anglican archbishops met to discuss the appointment of Gene Robinson; letters published in Church Times, the Church of England Newspaper, and Youthwork magazine

See our links page for more campaigning organisations.
